My versa suddenly started draining battery

Hi. My versa died yesterday morning. It was at 78% battery the evening before. I charged it to 100% yesterday afternoon, then sometime in the night, it went to 0%. I put it on the charge this morning, and it is 100% charged in less than an hour. I have done nothing out of the ordinary, have reset it several times, even shut it down completely. It  drained to 60% in about a half hour of wearing it. Any insights?? I sync to an IPhone 7plus. I’ve updated the app on my phone and still having same battery draining issue.

I'm having the exact same issue!  It started when I updated the Fitbit app on my phone.  I charge my Fitbit right before going to bed, about 10 pm, and it dies around 3:45 am.  Very frustrating as one of the features I really like is tracking my sleep.  Hoping someone can help!

We are having the same problem! Mine is only 3 months old and I’m having to recharge nightly! I just got a new one for my husband for our anniversary, it’s a week old, and he’s having the same problems now!  I called last night and they are sending me a replacement... I’m sure it’s refurbished and I didn’t have good luck with the last one I got, but I refuse to fork out another $80 on a device when I just bought it 3 months ago. I mentioned it to my hubby last night and he checked his and found its doing the same... we think it has to be something in the update!
