I have been having an issue with my versa of the touchscreen functionality just quitting on me. I have done a factory reset and it did not solve the problem. I have to restart the versa 8 to 10 times a day. It is super frustrating. Is there anything I can do to fix it????

I have the same provlem and I just bought it on the 27th of december. I keep restarting it and it still keeps freezing. Now, it keeps restarting even while working out

I can't scroll through my exercises to pick one and record my activity, start to finish. Frustrating. I can't turn off my alarms I have set (I am a teacher-it's set for clean up, lunch time, specials time, when to send students to other teachers for help), and then they go off nearly every 5 mins or so and I can't turn that one off either. I can't scroll to see my step breakdown. Sometimes I can't even turn it on. With all of this delay, I am losing out on step opportunities for my step team.

My screen just stop working periodically through the day I have to reset it and it will only work for 5 to 10 mins and then it’s back to not working. My husband does it also! It’s super frustrating!
