Versa battery deceased

At approximately 2 years Versa battery has died 

unable to charge > becomes hot. 2 different chargers used 

no green light at back. 
no response to reset using two or three buttons ?? 
I understand no ability to replace battery. 
this does not seem acceptable for cost to last just over two years 

any other options to try ?

I would contact Support (link at the bottom of the page) immediately.  This is not how your battery should be acting.

Thanks I have done that and They have already replied and packed ready to send back. Hopeful of a happy resolution as when I fished out receipt I fount it was only 18 months old.
So far customer service great. Fingers crossed. Obviously it’s not just in need of reset 😑
