Versa 2 does not display sleep information

All my sleep info is displayed on my iPhone and tablet but not on my Versa 2.  The Versa 2 just displays dashed lines.  I have turned it off and back on but it still does not work.

Hi @jccams. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for the information provided, as well for confirming that your Versa 2 is syncing. Since your sleep data should be displayed on your watch correctly, may I know since when this started to happen? Does the same happen with other stats (steps, distance, exercise, etc).

In the meantime, please give a try to the following:

  1. Make sure your Versa 2 is updated to the latest version.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth from your iPhone, tablet and any other device nearby.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your iPhone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Versa 2 > Sync Now.
  6. Make sure the All-Day Sync is enabled.

Wait a few seconds and check your sleep details on your watch. Don't hesitate to reply back if the issue persists so I can continue working with you.

Keep me posted.
