My versa will not track my active zone minutes

For a week now, my versa watch( not sure which version but it is waterproof if that helps) will no longer track my active zone minutes correctly. I run and have been running all summer so I know my heart rate gets up and about how many calories I burn a day.  My calorie burn is off due to this as well.

I have updated my apps, restarted my apple iPhone, logged in and out of the app, I have changed my active zone minutes to specifically for me( which I read that could be the issue after one of the updates). I am running out of ideas. Please help me! It’s like it’s useless because active zone minutes effect calorie burn.

I am having that exact same problem with by Versa 2, which is not yet a week old. I did not have this problem EVER with my old V2 but then it broke. The clock face fell off. On my new device Zone minute calculation is off, it is low, and then zone minutes just disappear from the homepage view and they don’t get added up with a weekly total. This has just happened to me this past week August 30,2021. I talked to the helpdesk 🙄 and they  the only thing they could tell me was software is updated at the beginning of each month and may be they would have a fix. I asked to escalate the problem but I didn’t get anywhere with that request. Ugh.
