Versa screen problems

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa screen has stopped responding.

It's keeping time & steps (I think at least on the steps 🤞)

I can't swipe for different screens, clear notifications, or change between calories & battery.

I checked for updates (it's up to date) then I did a restart on it. After the restart, it kept flashing between different screen brightness for about 10 seconds -- vibrating each change.

Now it's back to not responding.

The only thing I can do is turn the screen on/off with the left button.

And I wake up .... Now my screen isn't working at all.

It's completely grey/black .... Nothing is working to try to get it to work again.

No resetting. I try to change the clock face. Buttons aren't working at all.

Yup. Did that too.
Still no luck.

Kinda annoyed that this happened right after an update.
No contact with unusual water. I work a desk job so no unusual
contact/dropping/force. It just "randomly" stopped working... It was
syncing until Chat had me attempt an unsuccessful factory reset.
I'd try deleting it from my phone, but no screen function means I can't
tell what's working and what's not.
