My tracker is no longer connecting to the app. I tried all the possible options. Re installed the app; restart versa' restarted the phone and bluetooth, it syncs for a minutes but never connect 😞

@Nawaraa I asked if you could receive the notifications on your Versa because it means there's no issue with the connectivity. By not staying connected do you mean that when you open the app, Versa says connected for a while showing live stats like heart rate and then 'disconnects'? If yes, then that's normal. If you receive the notifications and can sync, then it's ok. Just make sure All-day sync and Always Connected are enabled in the Fitbit mobile app, and that Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android itself in the Battery Settings.

@Nawaraa Are you able to receive notifications? Does it sync throughout the day or when you open the fitbit mobile app? When was the last sync (open fitbit app, tap on Versa and scroll down to the Sync section)? Finally, what phone model and OS do you have and which version of Fitbit mobile app are you running?
