My versa wont turn on with the flip of the wrist

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my versa a few days ago and the watch face will not turn on when I flip my wrist. I have to hit the button on the left to see the time. How can I fix this? I don't seem a setting for this.

Is your quick view on?

How do I check? I feel like my versa is VERY basic and doesn't give me options like the videos I've watched on YouTube

Open your Fitbit app, tap on your versa and scroll down to “quick view” and see if it’s on.

Yes, it is on.

Long press/hold the main button on the right of the watch. After it vibrates there should be a menu with the option for screen awake. Set this to auto and it should wake with a flick of the wrist.

*Sorry should be left side of the watch

Yes. I tried both buttons on the right, and I'm like which is the main one? They didn't do anything. So, I tried the left one, and it worked. Thanks.
