My verse stopped syncing and pairing

I have followed all the advice (turned phone off and on, turned Bluetooth on and off , reinstalling app, forcing quit and restore back to factory settings. All it does now is ask me to download app . Any advice apart from screaming at it would be grateful.

Mine is doing kinda the same in one challenge it has the correct step count..in the other two it’s less than half I have done 😣

Mine is doing the same.   I think its since I did a phone update last week!! Screaming at mine too
