Does anyone know whether the Versa lite auto loads your swim workout to the swimpro app, or only manually, and whether it auto loads with strava, or again, only manually. Just got to grips of how it works in the pool but now I can’t seem to get it to sync with the app. Beginning to wonder if the swimming on the lite is a bit of a pointless exercise.

@Judar No clue about swimpro but only GPS-tracked exercises load to Strava. Unfortunately, it's Strava's requirement...

@Judar   I came across this article in the Fitbit Blog.  I don't know if Myswimpro is available in the Versa Lite Apps or not.  Definitely worth a look.  I hope it is there.  If it is there, it will be in the Health and Fitness grouping.  For some reason, it did not come up in the general search of all apps.

Yes, myswimpro is available for the Versa lite. If you search the apps on your Fitbit dash, it’s in there. It’s somewhat limited. But it’s still quite good. There is an issue with the functionality however, but swimpro team are looking into it.

Can you explain how it is limited? I am trying to decide whether to get an apple watch or a fitbit versa.

Thanks!

@Marrrmaduke this isn't true. Strava doesn't require GPS data for activities to be uploaded. I have been uploading any kind of workouts (indoor and outdoor) to Strava with no problem using other brands of watches. Then, there is no map displayed but all other data is there. The limitation is on the Fitbit side.
