New software anyone but me having problems? The old software was way better in my opinion....very friendly.

Which software are you referring to. The Fitbit app or the Versa. 

Of the app, what phone is the software on?

The Fitbit app. I assume many people have complained. Your old software was user friendly. This is awful.

It is the new User interface that are getting complaints. 

This happens with every UI update. Go back a couple of years and you will see that the interface you want back is simply horrible and unusable. 

 

Personal I really like the new interface, the old one looks like it was designed for Win 3.1.
