Need help with versa 2

My versa 2 has a white line going down the left hand side of the screen anyone know how this has happened and how to fix it?

Hi @Thatguyneedshel  - if it is on every screen, swipe the watch face left to see it may be a temporary or permanent watch fault.

Try restarting the watch first. If it remains you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo Help & support, Contact Customer, they may get you to do a factory reset.

If it's permanent and the watch is under warranty get it replaced where you bought it. 

Either way when doing the factory reset or replacing the watch make a note of the names of any clock faces or apps you loaded first, for reinstalling them if necessary.
