Never received replacement email

Hey

 

So i got told that i would have a replacement email sent to me, but i haven't gotten it, it's like 30 min ago that i would get one, does anybody know how long it takes?

Hi @seba161a    have you received the email yet? There isn't a way for any of us on the forums to know how long an email takes to reach you. We don't know the process involved in getting an email with instructions on how to get things started. You'd need to get with support again with your case number.

@seba161a, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the replacement email that you haven't received, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.

Please reply to them via email with the reference number they provided and they will be happy to follow up and assist you with the replacement process.
