My versa 3 band broke.  I really like this band with the clip at the end.

But it's for versa 2 not my versa 3.  There are adapters like this however.

But not sure how sturdy these are.  The bands with the pins were always flimsy in my opinion anyway.

I found this today at bestbuy for 20 bucks.  It fits and looks pretty good.
