New Fitbit OS Update breaking heart zones

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Following the new Fitbit OS update on my Fitbit Versa, the change to active minutes has worked fine. I have noticed however that the zones themselves are having problems. I'm 30, so my peak heartrate on the device should be 190, with peak zone starting around 162bpm (85% of peak). Since the update, it's not going into peak zone until 170bpm, and I've notice the same problem with Cardio and Fat Burn zones also.

Are you able to assist with this anyone?

Hello @domslashryan and welcome to the Help forums.  Active minutes just use the 220 - age equation to calculate your zones.  Active zone minutes also use your resting heart rate to calculate your zones.  This Help article  explains how they are calculated.  Now your zones are different from another 30 year old, if you two have different resting heart rates.
