I have just recently upgraded my phone to Samsung S20. I removed my device on my old phone and I cannot connect my Versa to my new phone at all. Its find it via Bluetooth OK it just doesn't go any further. I have tried the options on the screen which are turning Bluetooth off and on and also reset my Versa but none dont seem to work. Any suggestions?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone

@SunsetRunner your first mistake was removing the device from the Fitbit account. With a new phone, you simply load the Fitbit app and log into your Fitbit account.
It is the process as if the app was removed and installed to the same phone.
Your trying to set up the tracker as if it is brand new to you.
The tracker is not listed in the phones bluetooth.
You have the Fitbit app opened and started the process to add a new device.
At what step does the failure occur and do you get an error message?
Remember we are setting the tracker up to your Fitbit account, not to your phone. Once connected to the Fitbit account, the app then connects the tracker to the phone. This is why a user does not remove the tracker from their account when changing phones.
