Hi
New Versa Lite, plugged in to mains power. Screen changes colour slightly (from black to an illuminated black?) but doesn’t display anything, percentage etc.
Try to connect the watch to the iPhone app, iPhone sees the device and asks for the code from the device. Can’t input code as there is still no display on the watch screen.
Tried 10 second reboot but still the same.
Any help appreciated, think this may be a return to the shop?
