I tried using my versa 2 new watch in November. It just worked for a day and it is not charging since then and now my watch is just lying aside as it is not charging. I tried all the troubleshooting tips and still not charging. Can anyone suggest what can be done

You obviously tried other USB supplies, checking contacts were clean and the right way round, and held the button for 10 seconds and nothing worked.
Have you contacted Fitbit Support directly to inform them of the problem. They may be able to help you.
