Hi all I upgraded my fit bit to a versa 2 this week. I got HRV data and BR data for 3 days now I only get skin temp and no HRV or BP for 2 days. Sleep has been for 7.5 hours and sleep score 89 so shouldn’t be that that’s causing it. Any help please?

This has been happening to me as well for the last two nights. I thought maybe something was wrong with my watch, but if it's happening to other people surely that's not it. My sleep score was 69. But that's about average for me and I always get a reading for those things. Wish I was more help.

Apparently its been resolved! Lets see what happens. Annoying!!!!!!! Been lots of issues lately with Fitbit in general.

I sure hope so. It's super annoying to not be able to track things that are important to you. I'm going to cross my fingers and hope things start working again soon! Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S10+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
