I've gone through all the suggestions to get call/ text notifications on my Versa 2 from my Android 9 OS and it's still not working. Is there a known issue?

Before considering other options, please let me know which mobile device you are using to sync and set up notifications.
In the meantime, make sure to check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.
