Versa2 has suddenly stopped working

My Versa 2 has suddenly stopped working for no reason. I have tried to reset by pushing the back button and nothing. It is fully charged.

Screen is blank. The app no longer recognises the device.

 

When it happened there was a whirring noise and vibrations. I charged it and then it got really hot, so I unplugged it. I recharged it later that night and it was ok but this morning it still won't reset.
