My versa 2 hasn’t given me a daily readiness score in over a month now. I’ve got a premium membership, and everything is up to date. I wear my watch all day and at night, only take it off to shower. I was getting a daily score no problem before this. Not really sure what is going on now since it’s been so long since it’s given me a score.

So, I've been using fitbit for years - recently stated using a versa 2 and thru the free trial I am using Premier.  Up to this week my readiness score has read between 60 - 90.  It has been dropping this week, Mon - 98, Tues - 79,  Wed - 20, Thurs - 5, Fri - 1.  My sleep is up this week due to being off work.  I have tried customer service and none of the suggestions are working.  Anyone else encountered this?
