My Versa continues to show "no internet connection" when I try to open clock faces, apps, etc.  I am positive that my internet is connected.  I have tried turning the versa off, the bluetooth off, the phone off, but nothing helps.  I am using a Samsung 8 phone.

I always see that message quickly, then in a few seconds the message goes away and I can proceed.  Have you tried to proceed as if you hadn't gotten the error message?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I usually get the message and hit "retry" a time or two.  Maybe I'm not waiting long enough for it to connect.  It's really frustrating.

i have this same message and have already tried unpairing, repairing, rebooting my phone. the bluetooth shows the versa but won't connect and I'm wondering if it's related to the outage the web page banner is referring to?

My wife's Versa always gets that message the first time she launches the app on her LG G6 but hitting refresh it seems to connect.  My Charge 3 and my LG G7 ThinQ doesn't have the same problem BUT today we both can't sync due to the FitBit site having issues.

Same here.  Today I even had trouble pairing it with my phone.  It really shouldn't be this difficult!
