Versa was working fine for two weeks after purchase. On 4th April 2019 the Time was out and it wouldnt sync. I did all the trouble shooting i could fine. Reset both phone and watch. Unpair all other devises. Re Download app. Tried on other devices. I ended up resting to factory settings however now can even find versa in setup stage. Using galaxy s8 fully updated and also tried galaxy tablet and an iphone. The versa is in the cradle fully charged and just keeps showing the download app to begin message in different languages. Please help. I believe it must be a fault in the Bluetooth on from the watch.

Hi, try this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... It's a guide I wrote for updating to the new Firmware Version which caused a lot of problems and this guide solved that, The difference is that in my guide you update via WiFi and not BT, maybe this helps for you. @BenDarby Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not syncing your data even though you have tried the recommended troubleshooting steps.
