Did you mean:

No notifications and vibration

I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a Fitbit. My Fitbit versa has been faulty for over two months. What I find strange is that the glitches began just after the warranty expired. Mine doesn’t vibrate or send any notifications.
And of course customer service can only assist you by saying “sorry but your warranty has expired, please let us know if you have any questions and we’ll be happy to assist you.”

So who’s gonna solve the issue now?
Absolutely terrible. Waste of money and NEVER buying this again!

@anisa_seedat Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your notifications and vibration not working on your Versa and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. I don't know what have you tried so please check that the device isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the left button. After this you can try these suggestions.

Let me know how it goes.
