My Fitbit versa is 15 months old and died on me today, after troubleshooting with support staff, since it is out of warranty, they offered 25% off for next Fitbit product.
I have a major concern about the quality and reliability of this product when $250 dollar watch just dies . I had numerous issues with sync and showing correct data, broken strap in less than 1 year . I am sorry Fitbit , you have lost my confidence in your product and I would not recommend this product to my friends . Apple watch here I come

Thank you for your sharing your experience with your Versa. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
