I'm not receiving any notifications such as text and messenger messages. No calls nor any notifications from my security cameras .I'm deaf so rely on my watch so much.. I also need to test my smoke alarms to see if these are working too. I'm guessing not... all of the above are totally valuble to me. On this basis is to why I bought the watch. Any advice? I was advised to a reset .which I have done ( took over 12 hours 👀) still no joy. Every think else seems to be working and is synced. I have a Samsung A50 phone. I have this phone before I purchased my fitbit and has worked perfectly well until a month ago roughly its the twice now I've lost notifications .first time my husband fixed it but using the settings on my phone without having to do a reset . I've also find I'm having to charge it every couple days now.Its not holding its charge as long as it did when I first got it.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with our Versa 2. Let's start by having you do a restart (not reset). You can restart your Versa 2 by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and the Fitbit logo appears. The next thing to check is your Bluetooth connection on your mobile devices. You can see more notification troubleshooting HERE.
