No screen display

This afternoon my Fitbit Versa screen went black.  Versa is completely charged.  Nothing displays on screen.  When I hold the button I get a white glow, but no display.  The Fitbit is still registering my steps and heart rate, but the watch face is blank.  How do I get this fixed?

I am having the same issue with my screen display as others have reported. My Versa is less than two years old and the screen display is no longer working as of 2 days ago. It is still tracking everything accurately on the app.

The same thing happened to me a while back. They offered 25% off as I was one month out of warranty but I think it's ridiculous that such an expensive watch lasted a little over a year. I'm personally never going to buy another Fitbit product again, which is sad because because I did like the watch and the Pebble I had before this still "works" to this day.

This is crazy!! Versa wasn't syncing and the time is off. I though I would try to turn it off and back on, now it won't even come back o

For the amount of people complaining it's a issue you (fitbit) is having. I've seen in different forms you guys are telling people to try this or try that. I haven't seen where one person issue has been resolved. It wasn't my intension to buy a watch that always has issues and the issues last for days. days.

I watched as my display was "off center" and glitched for the first day.  Then lines in the display where it was like pixels were dying.  Then tried to reset the watch.  Glitched even further until battery died.  Now it is charged but display is completing gone. It tracks everything else except that I cannot see anything including the time which is what I needed...its a watch to tell time.  My watch was only 22 months old. No issues out of it and I wore it every day.  I didn't cause it damage and hoped that it would have lasted longer.
