today I had this knee pain and decided to just move my arms very quickly to exercise, did even start and HR went to 175??? Does it measure my shaking arms 😞 ? I wasn’t even tired or sweating but the HR kept at its peak

Hi @tamyseg. Welcome to the Community!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for turning off some features to get your watch working correctly. As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and give a try to the tips to maximize the battery life of your watch described here.

In regards to the heart rate readings, did you make sure to not wear your watch too tight or loose on your wrist? I'd suggest to turn off the heart rate function, restart your watch, turn back on the heart rate function. For more information about the factors that affect the heart rate readings and how to improve its accuracy, check this help article.

Please keep me posted with the outcome.
