My watch won't connect to my wi-fi.  I know I am entering the password and info correctly.  The only potential issue I can find is my phone is the particular networds it locates.  When I search networks, my android automatically connects to "netgear91-5G".  My watch, however, does not see the 5G network, just "netgear91".  Could this be why my watch and phone won't sync?  If so, is there a way to fix the issue?

The watch will only work with 2.4 GHz Wifi signals.

Probably a good idea to get them both on the 2.4GHz Wifi, that way you know its working with the phone, so will work with the watch with the same password.
