Hello,
I have a Nokia 8 Phone and bought the Versa. In the fitbit app, I am able to detect the fitbit Versa but my bluetooth is not connecting because of which I am unable to setup nor Sync. Do we have a solution?

I cant seem to see your phone on the Supported Devices List which may be why it is not working. Do yoh have any other de ices you could use like a tablet or laptop?

I understand what you are saying with respect to the list of supported devices. I got that list when I was searching on web about the issues I was facing. But when we select the product it says that it supports Android. How do a customer understand if their device is supported or not. It should be put on the landing page for any of the fitness tracker. For the first time buyer its really not possible to even dream of this kind of situation.
Now it just a piece for which I have invested to be placed in my drawer.

@Sidsha2100 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! The list @NellyG mentioned are for phones that have been tested by Fitbit that work with Fitbit devices. Still the list isn't exclusive and many devices that aren't listed there do work with our trackers and watches although I can't guarantee they will work or work flawlessly. Still you can try going to the phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:

I have the same problem, and unfortunatelly your suggested tips doesn't work. Always at the buttom of the mobile I get that "the Fitbit Bluetooth service is not available, try again later"
But I don't know hoe later I should try…. for now I already tried several times and tired of trying again 😞

@Oliver1978 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that you are having the same issue. Have you check that the Fitbit app has the necessary permissions following the previous steps? Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
Keep me posted!
