Hi, got my Versa for Christmas, no problems until last week when the screen went black and became non-responsive, there are also no lights on the back of the device. When the watch is in the charging cradle the Fitbit logo comes up and then the clock appears briefly. Once the watch is out of the cradle it’s completely dead.
I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, reinstalled the app and even set up a new Fitbit account in an attempt to bump start it.
Completely at a loss and very disappointed.
Any help or pointers to get this sorted as a warranty claim would be helpful.
Thanks.

@NatBeevers welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it goes off after unplugging it from the charger. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch again for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Thank you for your help @NellyG.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Hello again,
tried all the advice given and it’s still dead. Please advise on next steps. I would expect for a product of this age for a replacement to be provided.
Thanks
