My Versa lite has not been syncing automatically and is losing time every day . Started about 2 weeks ago. Usually I can go through the troubleshooting steps and get it to sync eventually but I am becoming frustrated with having to do this daily. Anyone else have this happen? Solutions? Thanks

With a sync problem restart the tracker or shut the tracker off and turn on.
If this doesn't fix it, we need to look at your phone.
Restart phone.
Remove tracker from phones BT list. On Android I would do the below first.
Try to sync. Do not try to connect tracker to Bluetooth.
To know what else to suggest we will need the phone model.
Android through phone settings stop the Fitbit app, swiping of screen will not work.
Android try clearing the Fitbit app cache.
Still not work
After every step, try a sync. Next time first try the step that worked.

The Kindle version has not been released by Fitbit, but an older version that was remade.
