I am trying to sync my versa to my diet app and when I enter my username/pw I get an error from Fitbit saying the app did not provide valid info and to contact fitbit

Then I would contact Fitbit. 

Link found under the help link below,  by tapping whe your photo would be in the top right or under help on the Fitbit app.
