Versa 2 - Not charging

I been trying to charge my watch. I follow instructions to clean the charging device and still not working  can anyone give me advice Lon what to do.  I been charging it over night still nothing.  Thank you for your help.

Hey @Freedom911, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting and for your efforts to resolve the issue with your Versa 2 battery.

In this case, as you have already followed the Why is my Fitbit device battery not charging? solutions, contact support if you haven't already. I am sure they have the right tools to help you further.
