Not getting active minutes Versa

I walk at an upstairs indoor track. Yesterday as usual I walked 3 laps, did a flight of stairs, walked 3 laps and did a flight of stairs, etc. When I first checked my minutes active it was 12 minutes. A few flights later I checked on it said 4 minutes. I kept going and it kept coming back to 4 minutes. At the end of my 45 minute workout I had 0 active minutes. Anyone else experience this?

Are you getting this reading from the Versa or from the fitbit app on your phone?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

My versa app has not logged my active minutes for a week.

Both. Just did my regular routine this morning and it recorded just fine.
