My Fitbit failed to sync I have now been sent a new one and unable to receive any notifications is this a problem for others. I’ve tried the trouble shooting advice but no success

The red banner is not going away despite me restarting the phone multiple times. My app version is upto date. I am a versa user. I am not receiving any notifications. Pls help as it's really frustrating
