Not getting email notifications on Versa

I am not receiving my emails. I have the correct email account selected by i still don't get any notifications. I am so discussed . i have been at this for almost a week. Help

Let me help you with your email notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa by doing the following: 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Assuming you have an iPhone

 

1) I sent an email from my iPhone that has the Fitbit app

2) Under "my account" I click on Versa 2

3) Click on Notifications

4) Click on App Notifications

5) Now the Mail icon appeared 

6) Activated and Voila
