I was getting notifications of my incoming calls and text messages when account was first set up but as of the last week, it has stopped. I have made sure Bluetooth is on and I’ve deleted the app on my phone and reloaded. Still not working

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MacCarr.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you stopped receiving notifications last week. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. If you're using an iOS device, I recommend confirming that "Show In History" option is toggled on: iOS system Settings > Notifications > Messages > 'Show In History'.
Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Move on to the complete troubleshooting steps if the issue persists.
I'll be around if you need further help!

So, did all the troubleshooting suggested and just realized I am getting notifications. What is not happening is that the phone is not vibrating when I get notifications. Not getting those "alarms" I did not realize the notifications were coming in silently.
I have tried to find the way to change that through the different troubleshooting info on the website but am not having any luck.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @MacCarr, thank you for your reply.
Thank you for letting me know that you're receiving notifications, but your device is not vibrating. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I recommend checking this post to confirm if you've tried the steps which some users find helpful. Could you confirm if your watch vibrates for other things like alarms?
I'll be around.
