Not getting notifications

I have had my Versa for about 13 months. In the last 2 months I have noticed I have not been getting all of my text notifications. I have done a hard reset on my Versa. I have unpaired and it and repaired it. I have logged out of my app and relogged in. I believe it was after my Fitbit did an update that I really started noticing it. I love my Versa and rely on it at work for notifications of texts. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. Any other suggestions to try?

I am also having this problem but I am new to the Versa. I had an Alta HR. I've checked all my settings and it seems to online be messages that I'm not getting notifications for. I have a Samsung 10+

I have a Versa and iPhone 7. After the last update to ios 13, I stopped getting text notifications. I was able to fix it with the help of the community forum and troubleshooting. However this time, when the app updated, I am only getting phone call notifications, no text alerts. So frustrating. I'm about to jump ship to an apple watch if this doesn't get fixed soon.

I am also having this problem. I get notifications for fb messenger and my group me app but not my actual text messaging.
