Not getting text notifications

I have and iPhone XS max and it’s compatible with versa. I did everything I could do to try and fix. I called Fitbit  customers service and they advised there is an issue with versa compatibility with the latest  software iOS 12.4. They advised they are trying to fix with a  Fitbit update soon
