For quite a few months I have not been receiving notifications on my fitbit versa. I have emailed multiple times and fitbit have said that it’s a problem they’re trying to fix. Has anyone found a solution to this? I have tried all the different ways fitbit have recommended doing and have also had my fitbit replaced and it’s still a problem. Any help would be appreciated

What phone are you using @Megan-fifi ? Do you get any notifications at all? (Eg phone calls, texts, emails)
