Ive just bought the versa 2 and the app keeps disconnecting from my watch and I can't receive notifications. I've tired all troubleshooting including unpairing and reinstalling the app. I've managed to get it working a few times but it only works for a few mins and then disconnects again. I've made sure I have all the correct settings on my android too and still noting works. When I go into the app and it tells me restart the phone and still noting works. Is there any suggestions? Extremely frustrating after spending so much money on it

I'm sorry that you are having trouble with your new Versa 2 but great job trying those troubleshooting steps! Have you tried restarting your Versa by holding the back button for 10 seconds?

Hey,
Thanks for those tips. I've tried them all including restarting the fitbit and same thing is happening. The red banner on the app in the notifications section still shows 😔 I might see if CS can help
