Not receiving notifications on Versa 2

I was bought my Versa 2 watch for Christmas. Since January I've not been able to get notifications coming through unless I uninstall and set up again then it only lasts a day ir hour or so. I did put a post on here back and everyone was saying its an update issue but still having the issues where I've given up trying to get notifications. My husband paid £200 for a watch that isn't working to how it should be. I've tried all the options but nothing . This is the first time I've had a fitbit but to be honest I'm not impressed. What is the issue and how can it be resolved. The whole reason I wanted it was to mainly get notifications. Please resolve this issue.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Also, please make sure power management is disabled for the Firbit app.
