Hi.
Over lockdown in March I got my fitbit versa 2 and I love it but since day one my notifications have never worked. In the app it says I need to reset my phone to access the notifications. I have done this several times. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times, I have even completely restarted both my phone and fit bit but nothing is working. I have tried contacting customer support twice now and they have done nothing! I'm so disappointed as I absolutely love this watch but I bought with the intention of being able to have my notifications. Please help!
