Since getting my versa over a year ago, my watch never notifies me if one of my synced apps get a notification. I only get the notice when someone is calling me, but nothing for others, as example, if I get an email or an Instagram notification. If I scroll down on versa screen, I can see them all there, but I’m not actually being notified. 

I have reset the watch several times, turned the notifications on and off and have tried everything else to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have the exact same problem. First I thought the watch was not receiving the notifications, but then I accidentally swiped down and discovered that it was all there, except the watch never actually vibrated or displayed the notification... The only thing I get notified for are phone calls.
I have gone through all the steps of the troubleshooting guide, but it didn't change anything. It's as if the watch was in "do not disturb" or "sleep" mode, except it's not.
I don't know if it's relevant, but my current watch is a replacement, as the old one had a (unrelated) problem. Since the switch there are weird entries in the app notifications list, such as "com.apple.Passbook" or "com.amazon.AmazonUK". I believe they correspond to apps for which I had received notifications on the old watch.

My fitbit versa wont sync.  prior to this it wouldnt receive notifications.  i havent been able to use my versa in months.
