Hi, I recently updated my versa to 35.70..8.0 and i am not receiving notifications on my versa 2.. Over a month now I tried to reset everything and still not working... Checked my phone privacy settings, lockscreen notifications, app notification settings restarted over and over again.. I am quite disappointed cause i wanted my watch to work mostly for that reason. Not quite sure if there is something else i can do tho.

Hello! Thank you for your response. I managed to fix my issue by completely uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again allowing all the permissions that automatically the app was asking by installing it. I hope i can help few people out there if they have had same experience as me.

Hi! I I was having the same issue and tried everything turns out it was a simple fix for me .. not sure if you have tried this but pull down on the screen on your fit bit and go to quick settings- my do not disturb was ON and it should be OFF to receive notifications. Hope this helps!
