When exercising, my screen is only showing half of screen..the screen is cut off...what is causing this and how can I fix it? When I exercise, I like to see how I am progressing!! This is very disappointing. I have only had this Versa 2 for a few months.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen is cutting off during your exercises. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you with this.
While reading your post I was wondering if this happens only with a specific exercise? Since when you started noticing this odd behavior? Are you using the shortcuts on your Versa 2 or SmartTrack? May I ask you for a photo of your Versa 2's screen doing this? To attach a photo in your response, see this post.
In the meantime, I'd suggest restarting your watch by following the steps provided here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

thanks for your reply. I restarted my device and now working fine!! It was happening with any excercise.

We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Versa 2. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
