My Fitbit app shows error every time that Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.
But after restarting of my phone, the problem still remains and not resolved. Now every time phone connectivity lost and I didn't get any notifications from my watch.

@LiliyaFitbit Thank you for your response. Same problem after following the above steps. Seems like everything is working but unfortunately only for a few minutes and after some time notifications stopped working and in notification section, on the top of the screen it shows "Notification service not working. Restart is required to re-enable the notification on your tracker. " in a red box. I tried rebooting my phone several time but I didn't work for me. Only reinstalling Fitbit app can fix this problem, but its only temporary solution for the next few minutes. I am on OxygenOS 9.0.15. Any advice or tip will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Same phone and same problem here!!
I've just tried the following to see if this helps.
Go to battery settings and go into battery optimization. Select Fitbit and select dont optimize. This forces the app to stay awake, as I think the battery optimization is causing a bug with the notification.
That's my theory anyway! Feel free to try with me and see how it goes?

Is the battery optimization off for the fit bit app as well?
If not, reinstall the fit bit all, turn it off, ensure the above setting is also off.
