Not receiving notifications with Xiami Redmi Note 7

Hello! So I have this problem with notifications showing up. I have Xiaomi Redmi note 7 (I know it is not on the Fitbit's list of supported devices) but my boyfriend has Xiaomi Mi A3 and we tried it on his phone and he didn't have any problems with notifications. (We have the same version of Android) and his phone is also not on the list. I only got notification about phone calls. And my Fitbit app says that notification service is not running and that I have to restart my phone and I did that several times, I also tried to delete all the data but it keeps showing up even though I tried to do everything, I allowed everything needed for the Fitbit app and it is still not working, I am desperate. I was very dissapointed when I found out that Alexa won't work in my country and then this happend. If you could help me, I would be very happy. Thank you!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
